Nokia introduces Beacon 10 with new logo

Nokia introduces Beacon 10, its first product to carry the new logo. This device announced at MWC2023, is actually its first gateway that supports Wi-Fi 6E which should provide high-capacity mesh networking. This beacon uses tri-bands to provide a Wi-Fi throughput of 10Gbps.

It also includes a 10G WAN interface pairable with 10 Gb/second fiber modems for multi-gigabit services to the home. The ā€˜Eā€™ in Wi-Fi 6E means faster speeds and lower latencies, ideal for the latest office applications, home entertainment, and home working experiences.

Beacon 10 is controlled by Nokia WiFi Cloud Controller that acts as a User Services Platform (USP) controller. The USP in Nokia Beacon 10 can manage services and configurations in network devices remotely or by using a mobile phone app.

The price is not available and this one will probably be offered directly to businesses since Nokia is now mainly a B2B company.
