#Nokia 9 coming with 6GB RAM, too #Geekbench

After seeing numerous entries of a 4GB RAM version of HMD’s flagship, and few of an 8GB RAM version, an “Unknown Heart” model with 6GB RAM surfaced on Geekbench. As we already know, “Unknown Heart” is the Geekbench name of a Nokia-branded device with Android 7.1.1 and the Snapdragon 835 platform. Several hundred entries of the “Unknown Heart” device have been made on Geekbench in the last 10 days, with most of them being the 4GB RAM model.

Now, for the first time, an “Unknown Heart” entry with 6GB RAM appeared as well. Thanks to real-life photos by Frandroid, we know that the “Unknown Heart” is an HMD flagship that is being called the Nokia 9. The Nokia 9 (TA-1004) also appeared on AnTuTu, revealing the remaining specifications not shown by Geekbench, and they are:

  • 5,27-inch screen (Frandroid), with 2K resolution
  • Snapdragon 835 and Adreno 540
  • 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM + 64GB/128GB(?) internal memory
  • 8GB RAM version also exists
  • Dual lens camera with 13MP +13MP sensor sizes (probably black+color sensor)

In terms of the release date, that detail about the Nokia 9 is still unknown, but if I had to guess, I would say this summer.

You can find the 6GB RAM entry here on Geekbench or check all “Unknown Heart” results here.

What do you think, is HMD making a good move by potentially offering the upcoming flagship in multiple memory options (4GB, 6GB, 8GB)? Tell us down below. 🙂
