Some of the specifications mentioned by the Russian retailers contradict the ones mentioned in the said list. Previously, it was listed that the Nokia 1.4 will have a 1.3 GHz processor, 8 MP main rear camera, and Bluetooth 4.2. Now the Russian retailers have mentioned a 2 GHz processor, 13 MP main rear camera, and Bluetooth 5.
As per the Russian retailers, Nokia 1.4 will also have the RAM/Storage option of 2/32 GB, and 3/64 GB alongside the 1/16 GB and will come in Blue, Grey, and Purple color options. The device will be powered by a 2 GHz quad-core processor and a 3900 mAh battery. Nokia 1.4 will have a 6.5-inch HD+ screen and a 5 MP front camera. It will house a 13 MP camera, a flash, and a 2 MP camera arranged vertically within the rear circular module. The fingerprint sensor is placed beneath the camera module, while the speaker grille is also present at the bottom left corner.
So, according to the Russian retailers, Nokia 1.4 has the following specifications:
As per the retailer listings, most European countries might get the 1 GB RAM model that will cost around €100 (₹8887, $122), while Russia will get the 2 GB and 3 GB RAM models. In the last few days, a lot of retailers have listed the Nokia 1.4, so it might launch sooner than the other expected devices.
Update: As Zaryan points out in the comments section that the specifications mentioned by the Russian retailers are quite similar to that of Nokia 2.4, so maybe Nokia 1.4 will strangely be similar to Nokia 2.4 except for the back design, processor, and Android version, or maybe not.
