Nokia 3.4 compared with Oppo A15 (Vy Vo Xuan)

When searching for a budget smartphone, one needs to really pay attention to hardware specifications and build quality to see how the manufacturer managed to lower the price. The budget smartphone category is pretty much crowded, and there is a variety of smartphones offered by many manufacturers. The best budget Nokia phone you can get is definitely Nokia 3.4, but many will be eyeing other brands, which is always a good thing to do.

Here is a video from Vy Vo Xuan, who compared Nokia 3.4 with Oppo A15, which looks like a more expensive phone, but it is a budget phone when you check the specification list.

Here are some main differences between these two phones:

Nokia 3.4 | Oppo A15

  • Dimensions: 161 x 76 x 8.7 mm | 164 x 75.4 x 7.9 mm
  • Mass: 180g | 175g
  • Screen: 6.39 (720 x 1560) | 6.52 (720 x 1600)
  • Processor: Snapdragon 460 (11nm) | Helio P35 (12nm)
  • Memory: 4/64 GB | 3/32GB
  • Camera: 13/5UW/2 MP | 13/2/2 MP
  • Selfie: 8 MP | 5 MP
  • Battery: 4000 mAh | 4230 mAh
  • OS: Android 10
  • Price: 148$ | 151$

Just by checking the specs, you can see that Nokia 3.4 is a better deal than Oppo A15. The same can be seen in the posted video test. Nokia 3.4 scores higher at GeekBench and Antutu tests because of a better processor it uses, opens and handles apps quicker, and makes a slightly better main camera and selfie camera photos, even though the shots from 3.4 lack dynamic range and create a bit oversaturated colors. Oppo beats Nokia 3.4 in the video recording, based on what I could see in the video. The one more thing where Nokia could beat Oppo is the design and build quality, but Oppo A15 also looks nice.
