Unboxing of Nokia Essential Wireless Headphones E1200 (Nokibar forum)
|Nokia licensed its name to a Chinese manufacturer of Audio equipment, RichGo, which brought wireless earbuds and circumaural headphones to the local market. While earbuds P3802A and E3500 are interesting because of their compact size, some folks are preferring not having something stuck in the ear for hours and fancy classic on-ear headphones. Nokia also has Essential Wireless Earphones E1200, which are classic BT earphones but can also be connected to your smartphone over a 3.5 mm audio jack. That might come in handy for those that like to use their headphones for more than 4 hours, which is something that most earbuds can’t do.
Nokia Essential Wireless Headphones E1200 are available in China and some Asian countries, and someone got his hands on them and posted photos of the unboxing process. The box is quite compact, it packs E1200 earphones, which are placed in a pouch that will offer better protection when not being used. The earphones can be folded, so they don’t use so much space as, for example, super durable and nice Sony WH-CH500 BT earphones.
There is also a charging cable provided in the box, together with a 3.5 mm cable too.
This reminds me of the good times when Nokia collaborated with Monster and brought to its fans a Nokia Purity Pro earphones BH-940 that came in vivid Lumia colors and provided BT and wired connectivity too.
It would be great to see these earphones and earbuds sell outside of China, since they look good on paper. Who knows. maybe the Austrian company Streamview will get them to Europe the same way they brought Nokia Streambox and Nokia TVs.
