Nokia Armstrong or Nokia TA-1221 certified by WiFi Alliance

Nokia TA-1221, which is a model of Nokia TA-1226 that will be coming also as TA-1218 and TA-1231, got certified by WiFi Alliance. This certification also confirmed it is going to be a midrange smartphone. The new Nokia device will be coming with Android 10 out of the box and will have support for WiFi b/g/n. The WiFi will have only 2.4 G band which means no 5G for stabile WiFi connection. At least it won’t get burned :). WiFi certification document also revealed that the code name for this device is Armstrong.

Previously the FCC certification revealed that the device is most likely coming to the US and that it will feature a removable battery which suggests that this is an entry smartphone.
