Nokiamobile is preparing the Philippines market for the arrival of new Nokia devices, and it is doing it by slashing prices of existing devices. For example, the price of Nokia 7 Plus is now 45% off while the price of Nokia 6.1 is 57% off. The ultimate champ of the price reduction is the Nokia 8 which is now 60% cheaper. Nokia 8 might be considered an old model so the huge discount is convenient, but Nokia 7 Plus is still considered a good smartphone, especially now when we know that Nokia X71 will be using the similar hardware, what also makes it a good purchase. Nokia 7 Plus, together with the Nokia 6.1, will be getting the Android Q which is another reason to make these phones companion for the next two years or so.
Another interesting phone whose price went down 50% is the Nokia 8110 4G. This phone could turn out the be the perfect feature phone now when it’s supporting Whatsapp. Current price is ₱1990 which is around €34.
These price reductions are seen in Shopee Mall web store, but Lazada is also offering Nokia devices at prices that are up to 60% off. Maybe some other stores are also offering Nokia devices at lower price tags. Anyway, if you are interested in getting one, do check the stores.
