Rumors: Two #Nokia flagships (maybe Nokia 8 or P1) with dual-camera and Snapdragon 835 coming June this year

Qualcomm Reference design models

Chinese site news.mydrivers.com, as reported by PocketNow, claims to have information about upcoming Nokia-branded flagship devices. The source claims that both phones will come equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 as their processor, and that explains why we didn’t see them at MWC. As was reported earlier this year, Samsung has reserved the whole first batch of the Snapdragon 835s, and only after the Galaxy S8 hits the market, others will get Qualcomm’s flagship processor, too.

Furthermore, the source says the flagships will have an all aluminum body, feature 23MP dual camera (no ZEISS mentioned) on the back, and 4GB of RAM for the smaller flagship, while the bigger one will have 6GB of RAM.

The smaller flagship should be priced at more than €550 ($580, 4000CNY), while the bigger one could exceed €620 ($650, 4500CNY). The phones are expected to be announced in June this year.

There is no material evidence about the above information, so it could also be “Fake News“.
