If you own WP8.1 #Nokia Lumia device, don’t do the hard reset!
If you are a proud owner of a WP8.1 Nokia Lumia device, by any chance don’t do the hard reset, or revert it back to WP8.1 from Windows 10 Mobile. One our reader has been trying to log on to Microsoft account the whole day without a success. There seems to be a problem within Microsoft services which is present globally so no one can log into the Microsoft account, what means there is no syncing of the contacts, downloading apps and other account related stuff.
