For Samsung Galaxy owners eagerly awaiting the Stable One UI 8 upgrade, the company has delivered excellent news. In an official blog post, Samsung has confirmed that the rollout of the stable version of its latest software will begin in September 2025, dispelling any speculation about potential delays.

Recently, the news of an upcoming sixth beta version for the Galaxy S25 series sparked speculation that the testing process might take longer than expected, potentially pushing back the final public release. To date, five beta versions have already been released for the S25 lineup.

However, Samsung’s latest announcement has put these concerns to rest. The company has explicitly reiterated its commitment to the planned schedule, confirming that despite the additional beta build, the stable One UI 8 update is set to begin its rollout next month.

Galaxy S25 Series First in Line for the Upgrade

As expected, the update process will commence with the latest flagship series. Owners of the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra will be the first to receive the stable version of One UI 8.

Following this initial phase, the update will gradually expand to other eligible devices. This includes older flagship models from the Galaxy S and Z series, as well as select devices from the Galaxy A series.

This official confirmation means that for Galaxy S25 owners, the final, polished version of the software—complete with its numerous improvements and new features—is now just a few weeks away.
