New OPPO K14x 5G Model Hits the Indian Market: Unbeatable Battery Life on a Budget

Tech giant OPPO has officially expanded its popular K14x 5G series in the Indian market, introducing a new, highly accessible storage variant. Aimed at budget-conscious consumers who refuse to compromise on core performance, the newly launched 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model joins the existing 128GB configurations that debuted last month.
OPPO K14x 5G: Pricing in India
This strategic release is designed to capture the entry-level 5G segment. The new OPPO K14x 5G base variant is priced aggressively at ₹12,999. It is currently available for purchase via Flipkart and the official OPPO India online store. To sweeten the deal, buyers can take advantage of an instant bank discount of ₹750 and a three-month no-cost EMI option. The device retains the series’ premium aesthetic, available in two striking colorways: Icy Blue and Prism Violet.
Display and Processing Power That Punch Above Their Weight
Despite its budget-friendly price tag, OPPO has equipped the K14x 5G with a highly capable display and processing package.
-
The Display: The front is dominated by a 6.75-inch HD+ display (1604 × 720 pixels). It boasts a buttery-smooth 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive peak brightness of 1,125 nits, ensuring excellent visibility even under direct sunlight.
-
The Processor: Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, paired with an ARM Mali G57 MC2 GPU.
-
Memory & Storage: The 4GB of physical LPDDR4X RAM is supported by up to 8GB of virtual RAM expansion for smoother multitasking. If the 64GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage isn’t enough, users can expand it up to a massive 1TB via a hybrid microSD card slot.
Marathon Endurance and Capable Optics
Where the OPPO K14x 5G truly outshines its competition is in its battery life. The device packs a monstrous 6,500mAh battery, supported by 45W SuperVOOC fast charging, guaranteeing multi-day usage for the average consumer.
On the camera front, the device features a reliable dual-camera setup on the rear:
-
A 50MP primary sensor (f/1.8 aperture) capable of 1080p video recording at 60fps.
-
A 2MP portrait lens (f/2.4 aperture) for depth sensing.
-
A 5MP front-facing camera handles selfies and video calls.
Rounding out the package, the phone runs on the latest Android 16 with OPPO’s ColorOS 16 skin. It features an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a robust connectivity suite including 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth 5.4.
