Lorna Gibb leaves Nokia’s leadership team
|Nokia announced today that its Chief People Officer, Lorna Gibb, is stepping down from the role to pursue a new opportunity. Gibb, who joined Nokia in 2020, took over the CPO position and joined the Group Leadership Team in June 2024. During her time, she focused on evolving Nokia’s people strategy and talent development.
Until a successor is appointed, Chief Legal Officer Esa Niinimäki will take on her responsibilities.
