Nokia completed acquisition of Elenion Technologies
Nokia announced the completion of the acquisition of Elenion Technologies, which was announced last month.
Elenion Technologies was interesting to Nokia because of their platform for silicon photonics that should lower the cost of data transfer for operators and the platform will allow Nokia to further improve their 5G, cloud and enterprise networking.
The cost of the acquisition wasn’t publicly stated, but maybe in the upcoming Q1 2019 financial report we will learn more.
