Nokia Mobile launching #ShotOnNokia campaign

shot on Nokia

Back in 2012, Nokia focused a lot on camera development. Lumia series of Nokia smartphones was well known for its great cameras. Nokia started the whole story even before with the Nokia N8, or Nokia 808 Pureview, but Lumia series had one of the most complete smartphones. Lumia 920 had a pretty capable camera followed by the capable software. The PR machinery that was following the D&S department started promoting that particular feature of Nokia phones, and soon many folks published their photos on social networks with hashtags like #ShotOnLumia or #ShotOnNokia.

Seems like HMD Global is trying to review that hashtag once again, even though users of new Nokia smartphones started doing that well before. Today many other smartphones can create even better shots, but the Nokia brand still has that photography legacy. First Nokia smartphones, Nokia 6 and Nokia 8 had good cameras, but Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 8 Sirocco were able to match cameras of competitor’s top models. Now we have Nokia 8.1 and Nokia 9 PureView that are taking superb shots, but there is a lot of photography enthusiasts that are still using Nokia 808 or Lumia 1020 for their phonographies. Anyway, if you have an eye for details and like to frame moments of your life or your surroundings, free your self, snap photos and post it on social networks with #ShotOnNokia hashtag.

Let me quote Nokia Mobile here: “No matter the place, no matter the weather” share your best pictures using #ShotOnNokia hashtag.
