Patent war: #Apple removed #Withings products from its store
Latest lawsuit that Nokia raised against Apple regarding the misuse of their patents in all Apple phone products, could damage the sales of Withings products. Products of the French company Withings, that was recently bought by Nokia, become popular among the Apple fans, what followed the global popularity. Now, Apple quickly removed Withings products from the Apple store, while Health Mate app is still available there. This is a desperate move but completely understandable since Nokia is targeting in the lawsuit the whole range of apple products.
So, from now on customers of the Apple Stores won’t be able to purchase the Withings products anymore, or till the end of the lawsuit. Well, Withings can now rely on a large number of Nokia fans which will surely grow even more with the arrival of new Nokia devices.
Come on Apple, pay the Nokia :).
