HMD Pulse Pro the first to receive Android 15

Happy holidays to everyone, and Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it! I took a little break from writing to spend more time with family during the holidays. However, the Nokiamob team, though not as active as it used to be, is still alive and well and sends happy holiday wishes to all of you.

Now, one of the most important aspects of owning Nokia smartphones is the Android OS and monthly security updates. HMD isn’t very transparent with its update plans, but has released a list of devices that will receive Android 15.

Here is the list:

• Nokia G60 5G
• Nokia XR21 5G
• Nokia X30 5G
• HMD Pulse Family
• HMD Crest Family
• HMD Fusion
• HMD Skyline
• HMD XR21 5G
• HMD T21

If you check the End of Life website, you’ll see that this list is accurate.

Many Nokia devices have already appeared on Geekbench running Android 15, but the first device to officially receive it is the HMD Pulse Pro from the HMD Pulse series. The update, version V2.370, is quite large at 3.12 GB. I haven’t completed the installation yet but will do so as soon as I have the time.
