HMD Skyline: A Farewell Tribute to Nokia

HMD Skyline, the phone we’ve been waiting to see since the Nokia 8.3 5G, is the most leaked device ever. Only Google Pixel surpasses it, as Pixel phones are often found in bars and completely leaked.

Now, Nloop has published renders of the device, revealing its full design. The body resembles the Lumia 920, but the shell appears to be made of aluminum like the Lumia 930, as suggested by the antenna lines.

A render of a gray device has leaked, raising concerns that we might not see the bright yellow model that leaked months ago.

However, the render is not the only leak. Twitter account @lauv_re shared what seems to be the spec list found on the back of the box. The render and specs confirm that the Skyline will feature an impressive camera module with three sensors: a 108MP main, 13MP ultrawide, and 50MP telephoto. The device will also have a 50MP selfie camera, similar to the Pulse Pro.

The leaked specs reveal an 8/256 GB version with support for two SIM cards. Previous leaks suggested the SD 7 Gen 2 processor, which is last year’s model. I only wish HMD had released a Nokia device like this last year.

Regardless, this device looks promising, and the basic specs sound good. Let’s see if HMD delivers a quality product. Their brand depends on it, I’m sure of it.
