Leaked Specs for HMD’s Nighthawk

New information has surfaced about HMD’s upcoming midrange device, which is set to replace the G series Nokia phones like the G42. The device, named “Nighthawk,” has had almost all its details leaked, primarily thanks to the HMD memes Twitter account. However, additional tidbits have emerged, including an official teaser leaked by HMD (saved by nloop)and a certificate confirming the processor.

The official teaser reveals that the device will feature an aluminum frame, likely with a glass or shiny plastic back. The certificate indicates that the processor will once again be from UNISOC, but this time it’s an improved model: the Unisoc T760, which is built on a 6nm process and supports 5G.

Here are the specs for the HMD “Nighthawk,” which is probably the final version:

  • Rigid OLED 6.67″ FHD+, 120Hz
  • Unisoc T760 5G 6nm
  • 108MP OIS + 8MP, 4K@30fps
  • 16MP f/2.0 selfie (binning to 64MP)
  • 4,900mAh battery
  • 8GB RAM + 128GB/256GB storage
  • Android 14
  • Self-repair capabilities, 3.5mm jack, anti-slip texture, BT 5.0, dual-band WiFi, NFC, etc.

While this seems like a promising phone, I’m still more interested in the Skyline, which is expected to bring back some elements of the Fabula design.

Update, I made a mistake, the teaser is for Tomcat or Skyline. I corrected the post.
