Huawei Watch Fit 3 is an Apple Watch clone
|I’m not sure if you use smartwatches or which brand you prefer, but personally, I’ve been using Huawei watches and bands for the past few years, and I’m quite fond of their products. While testing various watches for our Croatian partner site, I found myself consistently impressed with Huawei’s offerings. Their watches closely resemble traditional timepieces, and their battery life is exceptional, lasting up to 10 days on a single charge, even with nearly all health tracking features enabled (I typically disable app notifications and don’t use it for extensive training).
Recently, I had the opportunity to try out Huawei’s Watch Fit, and I found it to be just as capable as the GT2 watch. Now, Huawei is gearing up to announce the third version of the Watch Fit, which I believe will stir up some interest. The Watch Fit appears to be a near replica of the immensely popular Apple Watch, albeit with a slightly more square-shaped screen and a different crown placement. Nevertheless, the resemblance is striking.
While the specs for the Watch Fit 3 haven’t been leaked yet, I don’t think that’s the most crucial aspect. What’s more intriguing is how Apple will respond, if at all. Despite facing bans and challenges, Huawei continues to excel in the smart products market. They’ve even managed to surpass Nokia and Ericsson in networking and have recently launched the impressive P70 series phone.
The Huawei Watch Fit 2 was priced at approximately 150 €, which I believe is quite reasonable for a watch that offers Bluetooth calling and comprehensive health tracking capabilities. I anticipate that the price of the Watch Fit 3 will be similar.
