Lumia 930 Was My Perfect Phone | Here is Why (Video)

As Nokia fans, we are spoiled for choice when it comes to choosing the perfect smartphone to use as a source of inspiration. Nokia Mobile on Twitter recently asked us this question, and even though choosing one device is pretty hard, the first device that immediately came to mind was the Lumia 930. This Aluminum Polycarbonate mixture of a beast got most of the things I personally want in a smartphone and did it in style. In my latest video, I talk about why, after unboxing my own device!

Even though the 930 wasn’t perfect, I believe it’s the closest smartphone to perfection for my needs, which is why I would use it as a base for creating my ideal Nokia phone.  Of course, Windows Phone is long gone, but what Windows Phone did right, like the optimization, unique UX, and Nokia’s complementary software suite can all be used as a source of inspiration. The Metal frame polycarbonate back concept Lumia made popular back in the day is another excellent underutilized idea, that combines the best of both worlds; durability and practicality. Maybe the green and orange devices were too much for you, but the device looked incredibly sleek in white or black.  The synergy between the hardware and the software, the compact form factor, and the superb camera are also aspects I would like to see on my perfect smartphone.

Perhaps Nokia Mobile asked this question for engagement purposes, but we can also hope that they are using this as an opportunity to get some feedback for the future.
