Nokia Arena opens its doors in Tampere

Last month Nokia announced that the company made a 5-year deal with the Finnish Tampere Deck Arena giving Nokia the naming rights of the arena in Tampere. As expected, the arena is changing its name to Nokia Arena, and today – the Finns announced that the Nokia Arena is officially open for visitors.

In a post on Twitter, Nokia shared a video of the Nokia sign being installed on the arena. The Nokia Arena has a capacity of 15000 visitors and is equipped with state of the art technology needed for sports and culture events, as well as exhibitions.
