Nokia C2 announced in the Philippines, and discounted in Kenya

Nokia Mobile announced the new Nokia C2, the most affordable 4G Nokia smartphone in the Philippines for ₱3,790 (€67, ₹ 5750, US$76). As per Sancho Chak (General Manager for the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Thailand, HMD Global) Nokia C1, the 3G predecessor of Nokia C2 was a success in reaching more Filipinos as an accessible technology.

With the beginning of Shopee 6.6 Super Flash Sale from June 6, which will continue till June 12, Nokia C2 will be available for pre-orders in both Black and Cyan colors, with a free clear case. During the sale, the device will be available for only ₱3,490, however, you will have to apply the code ‘GADGETZONE8‘ and Shopee also has some cashback offers.

The device will continue to remain a Shopee exclusive from June 13 to June 19, however, then there will be no cashback offer. Starting off June 15, Nokia Mobile will expand Nokia C2’s availability, and it will be available in Nokia Mobile stores and retail stores countrywide. Furthermore, it will also be available on other online shops from June 20.

Now, for the people in Kenya, Nokia C2 was released in April for KES 8199 (€68, ₹ 5840, US$77), but the Cyan colored Nokia C2 is now available for only KES 7499 (€63, ₹ 5340, US$71).
