Dual-SIM Nokia 7.2 now receiving Android 10 update with April security patch

Users of Dual-SIM Nokia 7.2 will be more than happy to hear that the Android 10 update is now being released for their devices. When the update was released for the first time, the Dual-SIM devices suffered from the strange bug that would cause problems if two SIM-s were used. Actually, if you are using two SIM cards, and one SIM card is deactivated or disabled, the device may enter Recovery mode. The single SIM devices were not affected by this issue. Nokia Mobile announced that the update is being postponed till the issue is fixed. The affected devices are with the WW_1_400_SP02 Build number, which is most likely on the TA-1196 and TA-1193 model number.
The update has 1.55 GB and it is bringing the April security patch too.

Since my kids drained the battery of the device, I’ll wait a bit till it charges and then checks how it is behaving on Android 10. I noticed that the device is being a bit sluggish lately, especially if there is a lot of unread notifications when unlocked. I hope that Nokia Mobile polished it with the new build.
