Is there a better way to conclude 2018 than with an @Evleaks leak of the upcoming Nokia 9 PureView. Evan Blass, aka Evleaks on Twitter, hasn’t really been that active in leaking Nokia-related stuff for the last two years, but today we get the render of the probably most anticipated Nokia device since Lumia 1020.
Evan’s leak does not only confirm the in-screen fingerprint sensor and penta-lens camera setup, but also the name of the phone – Nokia 9 PureView. I will point out the date on the phone which says “October 1st”, which means that the stories of a launch around IFA2018 were accurate, but HMD postponed the launch almost 3 months, because, as an representative of the Company in Germany said, it didn’t meet internal quality standards.
The device looks pretty and we are expecting it to officially be launched in late January 2019.
