Nokia Mobile offering extended warranty in some EU countries for online purchases

Nokia Mobile is offering an additional year of limited manufacturer warranty for selected Nokia phones bought between September 19, 2019, and April 30, 2020. The promotion applies to people living in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Italy, France, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. The covered phones are Nokia 9 PureView, Nokia 7.2, Nokia 6.2, Nokia 4.2, Nokia 3.2, Nokia 2.2, Nokia 2.3, Nokia 1 Plus, Nokia 2720 Flip, and Nokia 800 Tough.

To be able to use this promotion, you will have to provide proof of purchase like an order confirmation order from the Nokia online shop. The warranty can be extended by using the MyPhone app on your Nokia device. This promotion is only valid for selected Nokia phones that were purchased over the online store.

Anyway, kudos to Nokia Mobile for making this nice promotion. Also, this could be extended to all the Nokia smartphones legally bought, but I like the focus given to the online store, since that way Nokia Mobile can control the price of its phones and make it the same for everyone.
