While most of Europe is quarantined, Nokia smartphone users on the Old Continent and anywhere else might start clicking the “Check update” button to see if a new update is available for their phones, because Nokia Mobile started rolling the March 2020 update for a few devices.
As our readers report, the Nokia 3.1, Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 7 plus started receiving the March 2020 update. For Nokia 3.1, the update is around 111MB in size, while for the Nokia 6.1 and 7 plus the updates are around 55MB in size. The official changelog for all three devices mentions just the Android security update for March of 2020.
While Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 7 plus already received an upgrade to Android 10, the Nokia 3.1 is scheduled to get the latest version of Android somewhere in Q2 this year, meaning between April and June. You can check the full Nokia Android roadmap here.
