Nokia 2720 Flip received a new Build update V21.00.17.01

Nokia 2720 is slowly coming to the global markets, and so are the Kai OS updates for the device. Nokioteca reported that a new update is available for 2720 flip. While the KaiOS version is still the same, the build number changed to V21.00.17.01. The update is bringing faster access to the contacts, the ability to assign a different ringtone to the contacts, and customization to the Messaging button (the left one with three dashes), so you could assign a different application to be opened including Camera, E-Mail, Internet Sharing, Browser, FM Radio, Music, Calculator, Calendar, Clock, Recordings, Settings, and Note.

While those guys are enjoying the new update, I’m here sitting with the old build number 12.00.17.01. Maybe the update is being released in phases, so I’ll be patient.
