Rumor: Beatles is the code name of Nokia 2720 4G and Coconut of a Rugged Nokia Feature phone

LoveNokia just tweeted interesting information about upcoming Nokia feature phones. First one is the code name of the rumored new Nokia 2720 4G, the clam-shell feature phone, which is allegedly called Beatles. I don’t know if this phone looks like one of the Beatles or it will cause the same hysteria among young people, but there you have it :).

We just got informed about two upcoming Nokia feature phones
1. Nokia 2720 4G – codenamed Beatles
2. Another Rugged Feature phone – codenamed Coconut#Nokia27204G #Beatles #Coconut #FeaturePhones #NokiaMobile

The other information is a bit more interesting since LoveNokia claims that Nokia Mobile is launching a Rugged Feature phone which codename is Coconut. This is the first time someone mentioned a rugged Nokia phone. We know that at Berlin IFA2019 we’ll be seeing a few new feature phones, and if this turns out to be true, Nokia will enter a whole new category of rugged phones where Panasonic and CAT are dominating. I don’t know if this is needed since Nokia 3310 is almost indestructible, but definitely would be interesting to see what Nokia had prepared for the world.
