#Nokia and #HMD Global Confirm MWC 2017 Launch Event for February 26th

HMD Global has just confirmed that its Mobile World Congress (MWC) press conference will take place on February 26th, at 16:30 CET. HMD sent an official invitation in which they say: “we invite you to hear about the next exciting chapter in the Nokia consumer story.”

The event will be held at the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art, which is appropriate place for presentation of a new Nokia devices (since Nokia phones are pure art, he he). After successfully launching its first Nokia-branded smartphone in China, HMD Global will finally reveal its plans regarding the next handsets that will (hopefully) be available worldwide. Aside from the Nokia 6,  that’s exclusively available for purchase in China, through major local retailer JD.com, HMD Global plans to launch at least 5 or 6 other Android smartphones by the end of the year, as stated by Digitimes. At least two  Nokia-branded handsets might be introduced at MWC 2017 on February 26, including the company’s first flagship smartphone.
