Rumor: Nokia 9 at €599, Nokia 4.2 at €199, Nokia 3.2 at €149 and Nokia 1 Plus at €99 *UPDATE x2* + Photo sample

And we hopefully have the last rumor before MWC19 kicks off, and that’s quite a positive rumor. Leaker Ishan Agarwal, who previously posted renders of the Nokia 9 PureView and gave some info about other Nokia phones, now tweeted the prices upcoming Nokia phones might sell for.

Per the rumor, Nokia 9 PureView should be priced at just €599. Such reduction in price, if confirmed to be true, is probably the result of constant delays and older Snapdragon 845 being used. Quite frankly, for €599 Nokia 9 PureView will rock, assuming the camera is really that good. Other Nokia phones also got their price tag. Ishan re-confirmed that a Nokia 4.2 is coming, and it might be priced at €199. Nokia 3.2 should go at €149, with the Nokia 1 Plus at €99.

We are two days from HMD’s #GetSmart event in Barcelona where everything will be revealed. If you want to learn more about what the upcoming Nokia 9, 3.2 or 1 plus might look like, check our “expectations” article here.

UPDATE:  Nokia Anew states via Twitter that the price of €599 is not correct. The price for Europe shouldn’t be less than €749, as per Nokia Anew’s source.

UPDATE 2: Nokia Anew also provided the First photo sample from Nokia 9 PureView. In his tweet we can see the screenshot of zoomed in photo of Nokia 9 PureView and Huawei’s Mate 20 Pro. If we assume that the pictures were taken at the same time, in same conditions and the croped part is the same, it looks like the Nokia 9 captures much more details with less noise. Of course, this isn’t the best way to do a comparison, but on Sunday (or Monday) I’m sure that we will see a lot of comparison shots of the Nokia 9 and other top devices.
