Android 9 Pie Beta Labs open for Nokia 8

Nokia Mobile couldn’t meet the deadline when it comes to releasing Android Pie by the end of November for Nokia 8 and 8 Sirocco, but their team is working to bring Pie to Nokia 8 (and 8 Sirocco) as soon as possible. A move that could help bring Pie faster out, is today announced Beta Labs program for Nokia 8.

HMD’s CPO Juho Sarvikas invited via Twitter interested Nokia 8 users that want to help HMD finalise the update to join the Beta Labs program and give their feedback. To join beta labs head here and follow the instructions.

Once beta testing ends, the Android 9 Pie update should be released to all (Nokia 8) devices.
