Nokia G22 also tested with Android 14
The Nokia G22, the first smartphone released by Nokia Mobile with the quick fix system, has now joined the exclusive club of devices undergoing testing for the Android 14 update. Nokia Mobile, soon to be referred to as HMD Global, has conducted tests on the Nokia X30, Nokia G42, and the Nokia G60 5G thus far, signaling a probable mass release of the next major update for its devices.
The Nokia G22 recently appeared on Geekbench, scoring 375 points in the single-core and 1338 in the multi-core test while running Android 14. These results show an improvement in the single-core performance compared to the device tested on Android 13. However, the difference is not substantial enough to be noticeable during regular use. It’s worth noting that these are preliminary tests, and the device will likely undergo fine-tuning before the final release.
