Nokia 8.3 5G getting new patch, with some others too

A rather odd thing happened. While the Nokia 9 PureView was denied the next OS update, the Nokia 8.3 5G was granted a new security patch for November, even though its lifecycle had ended according to the EndOfLife website.

The Nokia 8.3 5G was announced three years ago, and this device brought great camera performance and 5G to Nokia models. Anyways, the update is 51.11 MB large, and it brings the security patch for November.

The Nokia G21 also got the update. This is Android 13 Build V3.350, which is 31.10 MB large. The update also brings the October security patch.

The Nokia G20 also received the update recently. The update is available globally, and it is 20.93 MB in size.

 

While it is nice to see these models receiving new updates and being kept safe, I’d love to see the updates coming for Nokia X30 or XR21, which are still on the October security patch.
