Nokia C200 pops up in the US

One of many sub 250 USD smartphones that Nokia announced back at CES2022 is Nokia C200. This device is utilising the older design (and more appealing if you ask me) and it is a true pre-paid champ.

Nokia C200 is bringing a 13MP AF Rear Camera with Flash & 8MP Front-facing Camera, a 6.1″ HD+ LCD (720×1560) V-notch display, a Face unlock option, an Android 12 operating system and a removable battery that should last for two days on a single charge. The nice thing about this device is it has IP52 rating which means it should be resistant to dust and water droplets.

The phone is sold on Target.com for 79.99 USD which is around 74€. This is a pre-paid phone so be aware that it is locked on TracFone.  If interested, do check out Target to find more details about the info.

The cheap pre-paid phones, if built right, can be an entrance to something better from the same brand. This is why Nokia MObile should work more on bringing accessories to the ecosystem to keep the users longer with them.

Cheers Eero for the tip 😉
