Nokia positioned as leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for 5G network infrastructure
|Market research company Gartner posted some new info about the 5G network infrastructure market. Gartner is famous for their Magic Quadrants where they categorize companies in 4 quadrants divided by the vertical “ability to execute” and horizontal “completeness of vision” axis. The goal is to go closer to the upper right corner (1st quadrant) as possible, as that is the place where companies with the completest vision and ability to execute can be found.
The Finnish telecommunications giant Nokia has been named as one of the leaders in the 5G Magic Quadrant, alongside Swedish Ericsson and China’s Huawei. In fact, Ericsson received the highest score in terms of ability to execute, while Huawei is better in the completeness of vision segment. Nokia is behind a bit, but still firmly in the leaders quadrant. This Gartner report is for the month of February 2021.
