The Ethisphere Institue released their full list of World’s Most Ethical Companies for 2021 and the Finnish telecommunications giant Nokia is on it for the fourth consecutive year. Ethisphere is an organization that tracks and aims to improve ethical conduct by companies, including “culture, environmental and social practices, ethics and compliance activities, governance, diversity and initiatives to support a strong value chain.”
The list includes 135 companies from 22 countries and operating in 47 different industries. Among them is Nokia, as one of the three winners in the telecommunications industry and the only company from Finland. Ethisphere CEO Timothy Erblich said that “”During the unprecedented global challenges of 2020, Nokia remained resilient and committed to operating with business integrity, fostering a values-based culture, building marketplace trust, and driving positive change in communities around the world,” and congratulated to the entire Nokia team.
