Nokia quietly announces Nokia Professional True Wireless Earphones P3600 ANC earphones
|Nokia officially announced a new member of its audio accessories, the Nokia Professional True Wireless Earphones P3600. These new earphones first popped up last December on the BT SIG page, but now have been quietly introduced to the world over the Nokia web site. The P3600 earphones are not officially available yet, and the exact date of the arrival, as well as the price, will be revealed later on.
These new earbuds are also designed and manufactured by RichGo. The licensee of the Nokia brand for the audio equipment is bringing a bit more style to the existing portfolio. The buds are lightweight with just 4.6 grams per earbud and can offer 6 hours of playtime. This is a great playtime since each earbud only has a 45 mAh battery. But, the latest BT 5.2 standard is definitely responsible for the low power consumption. Even more astonishing is the fact that the driver can provide the output power of 10W.
The charging case is aluminum made and brings a 400 mAh battery, which will be enough to offer another 18 hours of playtime.
These earbuds are bringing active noise cancellation options with the Ambient Mode that will cut out distracting sounds and let you stay aware of your surroundings. The earbuds are coming with two drivers, one for mid and high tones, and the other for bass tones, which should make the sound well balanced. RichGo also built in the Clear Voice Capture technology to make calls cristal clear, I guess.
Another great option that P3600 is bringing is the dedicated “Gaming Mode” that reduces delay and delivers sound in sync with the on-screen action.
Here are the basic specs:
- Name: Nokia Professional True Wireless Earphones
- Model: P3600
- Mass: 63 g (case+buds), 4.6g (one bud)
- Battery: 45mAh per bud
- Drivers: 8mm driver; 10W output power
- Charging case: 400 mAh
- Connectivity: BT 5.2
- Extra: microphones (MEMS)
- Sound: HSP, HFP, AVRCP, A2DP, SBC, AptX adaptive
When compared with BH-405, new P3600 are bringing ANC with ambient mode, and are maybe more light, but Power Earbuds Lite are waterproof (IPX7) and do have larger case battery (600 mAh). Actually, P3600 do last one hour more on a single charge, so the battery difference is negligible. The main difference will be the waterproofness against the ANC.
