Video: First look at the new Nokia 50″ 4K Smart TV with Onkyo sound by GeekyRanjit
Nokia and Flipkart announced this week a new range of Nokia SmartTVs that Flipkart will be exclusively selling in India. The new range includes 6 new Nokia SmartTVs, that range from a 32″ HD SmartTV for 12,999 INR (150 euro, 177 dollars) to a 65″ 4K SmartTV priced at 59,999 INR. GeekyRanijit got his hands on the 50″ 4K model and published the first look of the new Nokia TV on video.
The new Nokia SmartTVs come with sound by Onkyo and run on Android 9, which is still the standard version of Google’s OS for TVs. The TV looks quite good and the pricing seems reasonable as well. Customers in India will get a chance to order the TVs via Flipkart starting 15th October with the following prices:
- 32 inch (HD): Rs.12,999
- 43 inch (FHD): Rs.22,999
- 43 inch (4K): Rs.28,999
- 50 inch (4K): Rs.33999
- 55 inch (4K): Rs.39,999
- 65 inch (4K): Rs.59,999
I also wish Nokia found an international licensee willing to push the TVs in other regions of the world, like Europe, US, rest of Asia, etc. Ideally Nokia would do it by themselves, but a good product with the Nokia brand from a licensee will also do it for me.
