There are a lot of parts in running a big business, including “public relations” or shorter PR, which is especially important if you’re in a mass consumer market, where good advertising and representation can significantly improve sales. On that note, Nokia Mobile has a new PR digital agency in India that will be managing Online Reputation & Digital Listening .
WATConsult was selected to be new PR digita consultancy partner for HMD Global, the maker of Nokia phones, in India. WATConsult will handle the Online Reputation & Digital Listening, which sounds like usual “PR” stuff, that includes digital media, review sites, e-commerce and other brand related stuff, like tracking user opinions across social media and conducting market research.
Things important for smartphone brands is consumer awareness, especially with new products. To have the best results possible, you must have a good product, which the Nokia 5.3 for example seems to be, and let people know that the 5.3 exists by sending review units (ours finally arrived :)), buying ads and by great social media. So, I hope WATConsult will do a great job in promoting Nokia phones and Nokia Mobile to the public.
