Nokia canceled Annual General Meeting due to COVID-19 epidemic

Nokia announced that because of the coronavirus epidemic, it is cancelling the Annual General Meeting. This decision is based not only on the presidential decrees for banning the public gatherings of over 10 people but also because Nokia cares about the health and safety of its employees and shareholders, together with stakeholders.
The first date of AGM was set on April 8, 2020, but the new date will be set when the situation changes. This is an ideal opportunity for Nokia to practice virtual meetings, and it would be nice to see how would those go.

Anyway, to support the fight against coronavirus, Nokia launched a Coronavirus Global Donation Fund which will be focused on supporting charities, hospitals, health clinics, and other frontline non-governmental organizations that are leading the fight against COVID-19 and trying to mitigate its effect on communities. Financial assistance will be headed to the places where it is most needed across the world.

In this hard time, Nokia is again showing its good spirit and expressing the will to connect us even better. Hoe you guys are safe!
