Stephanie Werner is Nokia’s new CHRO

First, let’s start by explaining that CHRO means the Chief Human Resources Officer. Stephanie Werner, who came to Nokia in 1998 when Nokia started its journey to become one of the biggest networking companies, has taken the leading HR position in Nokia from Hans-Jürgen Bill who will retire in May 2020. Werner will be joining the Nokia Group Leadership when she takes the position on January 1, 2020. She will be based in Espoo, Finland from where she will be leading Nokia’s people strategy in these crucial times when Nokia needs to position well to dive deeper into the 5G and bring some profit to the investors.

Good luck to Stephanie Werner at her new position. Maybe she will see some HR value in Nokiamob as well 😉
