While the Flipkart will be managing the sales and the production, the TV will be assembled by Skyworth India Electronics. This company is a subsidiary of China-based Skyworth Overseas Development Company, and it has a manufacturing plant in Hyderabad where the device should be put together. In the first stage of the production plan, only the 55-inch version will be launched.
