Rumor: Nokia 9 PureView not heading to India because of Russia

Nokia 9 PureView is a nice try by Nokia Mobile to revive the glorious past of the best Nokia camera phones. The device is still not available in many markets, and the main reason is the limited quantities of this device. Even though the phone came quite late to the market, and some of its components are not the best in class, it is still a valuable tool for photography enthusiasts since its camera software offers unique options only present on DSLR cameras. People are showing interest for it, and Nokia fans in India would like to get its hands on this device too, but it won’t happen so soon because all the batches of 9PV were diverted to the Russian market due to the high demand there.

Apparently, Nokia 9 PV is very popular in Russia, and that someone might be interested in it is not a surprise. If all the manufactured units are going to be sold, HMD could start thinking of making a new and improved version of this phone. The market clearly showed that the penta camera experiment was good, but its implementation wasn’t the best in the business. Nokia 9 Pureview has a great potential, but the software needs to bear whatever the hardware can provide. Hopefully, the camera software will get some more attention to make Nokia PureView brand magnificent once again.
