Nokia TA-1190 feature phone passed the FCC test

HMD Global is ready to announce another simple feature phone that will be able to provide good quality calls and long battery life at a low price. FCC documents revealed the basic info about the phone and also its photos. The phone looks like the Nokia 106 and seems to me that HMD wants to sell it in developed economies also.
This phone will be a true feature phone with the support just for GSM networks, and nothing else.

I like the simplicity of the design that didn’t change much over the years. The body is nicely rounded for better ergonomics, and it is made of unicolored plastic so the scratches won’t be easily seen. This is going to be another one of those phones that when dropped from a few meters break into three pieces that you just assemble and go on as nothing happened.

Here are the basic specs revealed by FCC documents just in case this is not Nokia 106.
Model: TA-1190
Battery: 800 mAh, Li-Ion
Connectivity: GSM, FM radio, 3.5 mm jack
Extra: Flashlight

This is going to be another one of those phones that when dropped from a few meters break into three pieces that you just assemble and go on as nothing happened. I see this device useful for climbers, backpackers or as a part of a more expensive first aid kit.
