HMD Global officially announced the Nokia 8.1 or Nokia 8 (2018) for Australia. The latest addition to the 8 series of Nokia phones will be available in Australia from February 21 through JB Hi-Fi and Officeworks. The price of the phone is set to $699, and it will be available in Blue/Silver and Steel/Copper.
The Nokia 8.1 isn’t the real successor of the Nokia 8 (2017) nor Nokia 8 Sirocco but is somewhere between the Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 8. It comes with new Snapdragon 710, 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal memory, and improved dual cameras at the back with 12MP/13MP sensors, and with 20 MP camera at the front of the device. It has 6.18’’ Full HD+ PureDisplay with a notch that can be hidden later on.
