Android 9 Pie available for Nokia X7

HMD Global today started releasing the Android 9 Pie update for the Nokia X7, that’s on sale in China. Users of Nokia X7 in China and those that bought the device with the original ROM outside China, should check under settings if a new update is available for their device. The update is 1767MB in size and brings a lot of new improvements that are listed down below.

Nokia 8.1 is the global version of Nokia X7 and is a member of the Android One program, while Nokia phones in China come with a “feature-packed” custom ROM. Apart from the software, Nokia X7 also lacks NFC compared to the Nokia 8.1.
