Igor Leprince is leaving Nokia, Sanjay Goel to replace him
Nokia’s leadership group has changed once again. Igor Leprince announced that he will be leaving Nokia to find new opportunities elsewhere. His position of the President of Global Services will be appointed to Sanjay Goel, who was working with Leprince as Head of Global Services Sales.
Leprince came to Nokia, actually to Nokia Siemens Networks, in 2007 where he had various leading roles in the Networking department later on. The eminent leave of Leprince could be foreseen in numerous Nokia’s stock transactions that were done in the past few months. Leprince will stay in Nokia till April 1th where he will be supporting Goel during the transition period.
As a result of this change, Nokia’s Group Leadership Team will then consist of the following members: Rajeev Suri, Basil Alwan, Hans-Juergen Bill, Kathrin Buvac, Ashish Chowdhary, Joerg Erlemeier, Barry French, Sanjay Goel, Bhaskar Gorti, Federico Guillén, Gregory Lee, Kristian Pullola, Marc Rouanne, Maria Varsellona and Marcus Weldon.
