Video: Check out #Nokia’s MIKA digital assistant at work
|At the beginning of the 2017, Nokia has launched Mika, the first digital virtual assistant. Its main purpose is to help telco technicians be more efficient when fixing all the problems that arise in the network. Also, there is a touch of VR in the whole story.
Nokia published a short demo video at its YouTube channel where it demonstrated how MIKA works, or should work. I must say I love it. It is a mixture of Minority Report computer control scene with the usage of the VR glasses and Hall 2000 like computer voice that guides you toward the problem.
It looks cool, but also scary since some automated robots could be doing this job in next 5 to 10 years.
