#Nokia 6 in stock at JD.com; has more reviews than Galaxy S7, S6, Mate 9…

HMD’s first Android smartphone, the Nokia 6, is first time in stock longer than a few hours at JD.com.  For almost half a day, Nokia 6 wasn’t sold out in the 64GB variant, though the 32GB variant was sold out. The number of reviews for the phones surpassed 42,000, but the number of units sold remains unknown.

We can have a little fun and compare the number of reviews to some other phones. For example, the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge at JD.com have about 6,000 reviews; the S7 has 8,200 reviews with the S7 Egde version surpassing 53,000 reviews. Huawei’s Mate 9 has near 15,000 reviews. The number of reviews doesn’t mean much, and until Nokia, HMD or JD share some official figures about the sale of Nokia 6 we can only guess. It’s a little unfair to compare Nokia 6 to those phones because of the different price points, but Samsung’s and Huawei’s flagships are the most sold Android flagships on the planet.

The rest of the world is eagerly waiting Q2 (April – June) for the global launch of Nokia 6, 5, 3, and 3310.
