ITC to investigate #Nokia’s complaint against #Apple, and a possible #iPhone ban in the US

Reuters reports that The United States’ International Trade Commission will investigate Nokia’s complaint against Apple, in which Nokia seeks “cease and desist order and a limited exclusion order”, or simply said import ban on iPhones and iPads.

Nokia accused Apple of infringing 40 patents in its i-Devices, after Apple filed an FTC complaint against Nokia for “conspiracy against Apple.”

The Patent War 2.0 between Apple and Nokia continues, and it could end up in Apple’s product ban in the U.S. if the ITC sides with Nokia.
